Warranty Policy of LIGHTING ART
Sincerely thank customers have used products and services provided by LIGHTING ART. May you please comply with the following conditions in order for us to serve you best and at the same time ensure your legitimate interests later.
* NOTE: All products purchased in LIGHTING ART must be stamped with warranty or stamp issued by LIGHTING ART. Stamps are changed identically from time to time to avoid counterfeit stamps.
A - FOR CUSTOMERS, PURCHASES ORGANIZATIONS - WARRANTY AT LIGHTING ART
** NOTE: You retain all documents when dealing with LIGHTING ART staff for collation as needed. Keep the product 100% original integrity as the original to enjoy policy 1 change 1.
1 - WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- Replaced free equivalent parts by genuine parts.
- Product defects are identified due to technical fault of the manufacturer for each brand.
- Product is still in warranty period, information such as production number, model, brand is full, clear, unchanged, changed by individuals or other units not specified by the Director of LIGHTING ART company.
- Product is not subject to warranty disclaimer.
- Where to buy the product warranty in LIGHTING ART company.
2 - CASE IS NOT WARRANTY:
- Torn stamps, erased, edited or stuck with other stamps, unknown dates, signs of interference, repair not specified by the Lighting Art Art, fake stamps, no stamps due to Lighting Art release.
- Product damaged natural disaster, fire, explosion, water, rust, insect damage.

B - FOR CUSTOMERS IS A PROJECT - WARRANTY IN INSTALLATION

1 - FREE WORKPLACE WARRANTY.
- Damaged product is included in "WARRANTY CONDITIONS" Article A, item 1
- The system is supplied by Lighting Art and installed according to the manufacturer's technical standards by the engineers and technicians of Lighting Art Company.
- In the system does not have any equipment provided by the customer himself (except to supply from a third party that is not available at Lighting Art, or is approved by Lighting Art. document).
- The value of the whole system is at least VND 10,000,000. (Include installation and maintenance fees, as specified in the contract or order, delivery or agreement between the parties).
2 - NO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
- Damaged product is in the "NOT APPLICABLE WARRANTY" clause A clause 2.
- Installation system does not charge for installation and warranty service.
- The system is worth less than 10,000,000 VND.
- No warranty for damage caused by equipment not provided by Lighting Art, by the internet provider, by customers themselves Modem or Reset initial settings.
- Service charges and component replacement fees are charged if product damage is caused by the customer's own equipment.
- Customers use incorrect manuals and wrong manufacturer's regulations.
- The system is still warranted but the damaged equipment or spare parts are out of warranty, the replacement cost of equipment damaged damaged warranty and no charge for troubleshooting (Due to the warranty time to take place) .
**** NOTE: The system will not be permanently guaranteed if the customer changes the original installation without any additional equipment provided by Lighting Art. (Due to customer's agreement with individual, employee or other unit)
